Track rules and regulations:
- Race entries will be purchased at the front gate. If you need a car number please go to the office after purchasing your race entry.
- All cars must go through tech once a month
- No break passes will be given. If your race vehicle breaks you can transfer your entry to another vehicle. You must notify the office of the change. This can only be done once per day. A refund of the difference from a race entry to a spectator pass will be given if you have not went down the track yet that day.
- Checks will only be issues to the winners and runner ups. If you want to split it will be up to the racers to take care of the difference.
- Double entries are permitted but not in the same class. This must be done when entering the gate. Super Pro must drivers must remove their delay box to run in another class.
- Rain checks will be given out if the second round of eliminations have not been completed. Points and round money stop when a rain out is called.
- Buy Backs are available for $20 if you lost in the first round of eliminations. Buy backs will be called to staging lanes 1 and 2. First round winners will be called to staging lanes 3 and 4. A buy back will not be eligible for a bye run in the buy back round. If there is an uneven amount of cars then the last buy back car will run the first car in the winners lane.
- The first ten cars in staging will have the opportunity to receive a bye run. You can turn down the bye run if you do not want it. The head of staging will deal cards to the drivers and the driver receiving the ten will get the option for the bye run. The bye run car will be pulled across to the other side of the track and wait until the end of the class. If there is an even number of cars the bye run car will have lane choice against the last car and be eligible to receive the bye run in a later round. Racers in each class are only eligible for one bye run per day unless all of the remaining drivers have already had bye runs.
- Please do not come into the staging lanes until your class is called. We typically will run two lanes per class but may use four if there is a need due to car count.
- Staging lanes 1 and 3 will run the pit lane. Staging lanes 2 and 4 will run the spectator lane. If there are only cars in one lane left then the first car will get lane choice over the car behind them. The head of staging will pull you onto the track so please wait for their signal.
- If you have a mechanical problem and your car will not run when you are the next pair to go onto the track you will be pushed out of the way and the other car in the race will get a solo pass. This only applies to the first two cars in staging that would be next to race. This does not count as a bye run.
- If a car would break after pulling onto the track then the other car would get a solo pass. This does not count as a bye run.
- All drivers must stay with their car in staging and be ready to race.
- The starter has the right to disqualify any driver that they deem unsafe or is leaking fluid on the track.
- Any driver or pit crew members may be disqualified due to unsportsmanlike actions with no questions asked.
- Your racer entry card must be completed and turned into the office prior to any time trials or eliminations.
- You are permitted to change classes before eliminations start but you must inform the office of any change.
- The car number must be on the driver side window and the passenger side of the front windshield. The dial in must be placed in these two places as well during eliminations. Please make sure that both of these are legible for the tower to read.
- Drivers can only be switched in eliminations if the original driver loses first round and the second driver buys back into the buy back round. This driver must finish the race and cannot be switched.
- The return road speed limit is 5 mph.
- Street tire cars are not permitted to back down into the water box.
- The dial in must be on the car when you are the second car back in staging.
- No bikes or atv vehicles are permitted to be racing around the pit area.
- No drugs or alcohol are permitted.
- You are not permitted to dial outside the time breaks of the class you are running. If the race would be run with a dial in outside of the time break you will be disqualified and your opponent will be reinstated into the race program.
